RBI introduces new Chocolate brown 10 Rupee Notes

  • RBI has come out with the new chocolate brown designed 10 rupee note
  • The Reverse of the Note carries an image of the Konark Sun Temple
  • The existing 10 rupee notes will remain as a legal tender.
  • The new note will continue to have windowed demetalised security thread with inscriptions 'Bharat (in devanagari)
  • The dimension of the banknote will be 63 mm by 123 mm.
